Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome for eyebrow threading, upper lip, chin, tinting, and short waxing at all 6 locations. For facials, Brazilian waxing, and longer services we recommend booking online to guarantee your preferred time. You can also call your nearest location directly.
How do I book an appointment online?
Click the "Book Appointment" button on any location card above. You'll be directed to our Square booking page where you can select your service, choose a date and time, and confirm your appointment instantly. You'll receive a confirmation by text or email.
How long does an eyebrow threading appointment take?
Eyebrow threading typically takes 10–15 minutes. Upper lip takes 5 minutes. Full face threading takes 20–30 minutes. Facials take 30–60 minutes depending on the type. Waxing services vary from 15 minutes (legs) to 45 minutes (Brazilian/full body).
What should I do to prepare for my appointment?
For threading: arrive with clean skin, avoid heavy moisturizer around brow area. For waxing: hair should be at least ¼ inch long (about 2-3 weeks of growth). For facials: arrive with clean skin, no heavy makeup. For henna: wear old clothing as henna can stain.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change! Please contact your specific location as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Walk-in clients are always welcome as an alternative if you can't make a scheduled appointment.
Can I book multiple services at once?
Yes! When booking online through Square, you can add multiple services to your appointment. You can also mention the services you'd like when calling. We'll schedule enough time for all your services in one visit.
Which location should I book at?
Choose the location nearest to you! We have 6 DFW locations — Arlington Collins St, Arlington Cooper St, Grand Prairie, DeSoto, Irving, and Fort Worth (inside Walmart on Anderson Blvd). All locations offer the same full menu of services and quality.
Is there parking at all locations?
Yes — free parking is available at all 6 locations. Our Fort Worth location is inside Walmart Supercenter with a large free parking lot. All other locations are in shopping centers with ample free parking directly outside.
